この”one”は、the humanを指すのではなく、
we や they や peopleなどの一般の人びとを指すoneなのだろう。っていうか
この引用の一番最初のoneと同一か。あるいは母親か。

the human を指すのであれば、to the point in
which it has a personとかhe / she has a personとかにな
りそうなものだ。

中絶によって殺されるヒューマンは、まだ人びとがパーソンであるとみなす時点に
まで発達していないのから、中絶は不正ではないと主張することができる。

という感じ。苦しいかなあ。まだパーソンではない the humanを he
や sheで受けるのはいやかもしれないからなあ。かといってitもあれだし。
でもthe humanを受ける意味でoneを使う
くらいなら、

と書いてくれればわかりよいのになあ。これだったら完全にお手あげだけど、
まだがんばる余地はありそうだな。
